‘Most people believe scallops do not produce pearls, but once in a while they do. However, their pearls lack the iridescence and sheen of oyster pearls; they are smaller, dull, and oddly shaped. They are really insecure but come in more colours. They are not perfect but they’re rare. I’m saying strive to be that, be a scallop pearl, ok?’ @adiorga
